Eagle is a city in Ada County, Idaho, United States. The population was 11,085 at the 2000 census. Due to growth in the Boise metropolitan area, Eagle has become increasingly suburban in recent years and the population is now closer to 20,000 residents.
Eagle was a small, sleepy farm town or years and years but has now been transformed into a family oriented community. It is located between the Boise foothills and the Boise River. Great recreational opportunities abound from fishing the Boise, strolling or biking along the greenbelt; hiking in the foothills, golfing at one of our four courses, or eating at one of Eagle’s great gathering spots. Eagle is truly unique and popular place to live, work and play.
The business community is growing and vibrant with boutiques, restaurants, coffee houses and small businesses mixing with the original stone buildings of the downtown core.
